Our privacy approach

GERA YAPI handles the personal data of website visitors and applicants in line with the principles of confidentiality, purpose limitation and data minimisation. We process only the data required to communicate, assess a request or application, operate the website securely and fulfil legal obligations.

Contact and project requests

Your full name, telephone number, optional email address, request type and message information shared in the contact form are recorded in the GERA YAPI dashboard to assess your project or request and respond to you. This information is not used for marketing purposes unrelated to your request.

Career applications

CVs and application information submitted through the careers page are stored in a protected area accessible only to authorised Human Resources managers. CV files are not automatically shared by email and are not used for purposes other than assessing the application.

Service providers and third parties

A limited number of service providers may support website hosting, operation of technical infrastructure or fulfilment of legal obligations. These parties may process data only to the extent necessary and under appropriate security obligations. Your personal data is not sold for advertising or marketing purposes.
